Have you ever got so close to your dream that you in fact created a fear of success? You have to stop sabotaging yourself in order to succeed at anything in life and in business.
Speaking to a close friend, I couldn’t help but detect within her a self-destruct button. The scary thing is how many people have this within them.
Each day she allows her subconscious mind to take over every action and decision that she makes.
Lying in wait within her is this self-destruct button, her little saboteur. It’s always ready to release negative messages, and pull her back instead of letting her move forward. At times when she needs to look for answers and solutions, it would rather fill her head with ever ending problems.
This is impacting her life, and always has. It not only stops her moving forward in her life, but takes away her dreams and goals and has negatively affected her overall wellbeing.
It is a tragedy. Because this woman is brilliant, talented and ready to make her mark on the world and make the difference. The truth is she does have the answers within her, and all the solutions, and she could so easily step up confidently with passion and purpose to gain everything she desires in life.
The secret for her, is all she really has to do is give herself permission to move forward. Together with the belief that she can attain her goals.
She is far more capable than she gives herself credit for. By changing her thought patterns and the questions she asks of herself, she would give her mind an opportunity to truly work miracles and quieten her inner saboteur. Once she did this she would suddenly become aware of magical insights and inspiration that would take her to the next level.
It has always amazed me how people, just when they get within touching distance of what they want, let something happen to take it all away. Maybe this applies to you?
How does self-sabotage rear its ugly head in your life? Have you noticed that when you are really close to what you want or reaching the next level in your life, things seem to go wrong?
Whenever you are close to a breakthrough do you unconsciously sabotage it? Do you tempt disasters, shoot yourself in the foot, welcome dramas, and invite chaos, anything to distract you from getting to your intended goal.
So let me tell you right now – life is not about struggle and overcoming problems.
If there is something in your life that you want, but it seems to elude you, maybe, a little voice in your head, is acting as your very own saboteur.
Your conscious and subconscious minds are going in different directions. What is really happening is that your conscious and subconscious are in conflict and therefore not working together to create what you would like to have in your life.
It is this disharmony between your conscious and subconscious that is keeping you away from having what you desire.
Because when your conscious and subconscious are not in agreement they produce negative emotion. And it is that negative emotion or negative energy that attracts the things you don’t want.
For things to work out right for you this is the process internally that needs to happen:
Every thought is received by the brain, which is the organ of the conscious mind. It is here that it is subjected to our power of reasoning. When the conscious or objective mind has been satisfied that the thought is true, it is sent to the subconscious mind to be brought into the world of reality. At this point the subconscious mind cannot argue, it can only act on your behalf.
So, if you do nothing else, remember that you MUST correct and STOP the negative attraction IN THE MOMENT IT HAPPENS if you are serious about getting rid of the “Saboteur Within.” That will clear the way for your conscious and subconscious to work in harmony to bring what you desire.
